Photos
4 pieces of student's recent colour passport-size photos (with a white background)
Student's Document
A copy of the student's Birth Certificate/ MyKid/ Passport
NB: A professional translation is required if the document is not in English.
Parents' Documents
A copy each of parents' MyKads/ Passports & Visa.
School Report
A copy of the student’s most recent school report.
Fees
A non-refundable Application Fee of RM200.00 is to be made by cash, cheque, online transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
