Secondary School Field Trip to Tawau Hills Park
On 2 December 2025, 30 secondary school students from Year 7 to Year 11, together with their homeroom teachers, took part in a memorable field trip to Tawau Hills Park, one of Sabah’s beautiful natural attractions.
The group departed at 8:30 a.m. and was welcomed by fresh air, lush greenery, and the peaceful sounds of nature—an ideal setting to relax and explore the outdoors.
Students enjoyed activities such as:
- Exploring forest trails rich in biodiversity
- Seeing towering ancient trees, which amazed many of them
- Swimming and river activities
- A picnic with friends and teachers
They also visited the Tawau Hills Park Information Centre, where they learned about the park’s unique flora, fauna, and conservation efforts.
By 2:45 p.m., the group arrived safely back at school—tired but happy, with plenty of wonderful memories.
The trip was both enriching and enjoyable, giving students a meaningful learning experience outside the classroom.
